having trouble with game freezing while crafting, started like 3 days ago, not sure y

Steps:
1.I am having problem with it freezing, and i have to hard reset game and reboot cpu. i am sometimes using windower craft addon, and sometimes not , and it does it during both.
2.i disabled the craft addon and shut down all programs on my pc and its still happening.
3. i disabled norton ulilities and razor app and even shut down steam and all other programs and still same thing. this has happened 6x in 3 days, its getting annoying.

I think i fixed it, it was the google online insights study app on my pc and tablet messing things up, im crafting fine now no freezes no lags no messes up since i uninstalled the app. ill keep u posted though just incase.
