Diaphanous Device problem in Sortie

Steps:
When using a Diaphanous Device to rematerialize enemies, the option to rematerialize foes is missing. I can use the Diaphanous Device to warp to a different zone and warp back, which fixes the problem but wastes time.

Steps to reproduce:
Click on Diaphanous Device #C, attempt to select option to rematerialize Cachaemic enemies. The menu includes the options to warp to other areas, but the menu does not include the option to rematerialize Cachaemic enemies. The option is missing from the list.

Next, use Diaphanous Device #C to warp to one of the other areas on the Sortie main floor, and then warp back to Diaphanous Device #C. After warping back to Diaphanous Device #C and clicking on the device, the menu finally shows the option to rematerialize Cachaemic enemies.

You can more reliably reproduce this problem if you first complete the objective to pull a Cachaemic foe to Diaphanous Device #C and defeat it there. After doing this objective, in my experience the option to rematerialize Cachaemic enemies is always missing from the list until I warp away and then warp back. However, I have also sometimes encountered the same problem even when I haven't just pulled an enemy to the device.

I believe it is likely that the problem occurs with other devices, but I see it on Diaphanous Device #C because I always do the Sortie objective that involves rematerializing Cachaemic foes.

Edit: I am surprised you cannot verify this. I still get this problem every single day in Sortie and can reproduce it every time in the manner I described, and I've had the problem on multiple computers. Let me know if I can provide any more information to help you verify the bug.
