    Yeah that's what I was driving at in my thread about them. Like, Carabosse/Briareus/Fistule etc. wouldn't be nearly such a pain if they dropped +2 AF3 items. The worst part of most of these NMs is getting people to kill them for you, not the actual fight itself which is just annoying.

    I'm not really concerned about Seals or +2 items so much as the fact they share with NM's required for Emp weapon upgrades. You'll see a small group of 3-5 spam killing these NM just for the weapon items over and over...and over...and over again.

    I don't want to see SE give alternative means to seals or +2 nearly as much as I'd like to see them give alternative means to getting the drops to upgrade Emp weapons. Sobek is a prime example. Out of 60 people in the zone, 40 of them are trying to get Sobek pop sets thus monopolizing the 3 lesser NM to get KI and then fighting endlessly to get Sobek over the other 2-4 groups trying to get this NM for the exact same reason. I would like to see alternatives to this problem over seals or +2 items.

    KI required for Sobek pop, 1/3 can be obtained from gold pyxis. Attohwa, 2/3 for moth NM, Briarus you can get 3/3 from gold pyxis, etc. My point being is that other zones give you a 2/3 KI alternative (or even whole set needed) to alleviate the stress of outclaiming other individuals for Key items necessary. Why can't SE give this alternative to people that just want the KI or create a quest pre-requisite check in order to get the items to drop off these NM forcing players to occasionally leave so others get a chance at the NM. A sort of rotation effect. Just a thought....tired of being stuck in a position where these NM are being monopolized not allowing others a chance at them and thus creating +2 item distribution issues also.

    I like the current random way to obtain seal from dominion and quest but i also have 11 jobs level 90. Doing nm is alot faster, you should see dominion/quest as bonus and not as the main way to get seals. Most of the nm can be fight by 3-6 players easy and if you got a blm/rdm in your group you got 50% chance of yellow proc and complete any armor in 1 day maybe 2.

    they could make a trade system that 2 people can use, say via an npc to trade seal for seal. the npc would then "exchange" seals between you and the other person. you could both set the amount, and type of seal you're trading and each of you would have to confirm that the items being offered for trade are acceptable. would need these npcs in every major city to eliminate congestion of one area.

    How about just being able to trade seals, at a 1-to-1 basis, with other players (same body part only). I just got Tantra hands, I could trade to another for a Ravager hands. No profit made, no added items for anyone, just makes each seal valuable to someone rather than ending up in the trash due to lack of space to keep them all "just in case".

    Trade by npc sounds best 5:1/4:1/7:1 sounds to player like and not like SE.
    if it is trade by npc it would something un reasonableit might be more 8:1 and 10:1 we might be tradeing with goblins (greedy lil bastards) "goes on a goblin chain kill"

    What about possibly a type of Abyssea seal auction house? You put your unwanted seal(s) up with a request for x number of ----- type seal(s).

    Seals

    I've been discussing the NPC thing on my server as well. Lot of people have been leaning towards trade 4:1/5:1.. I say there is another option. Make it 1:1, but make it random, and put a limit on how often u can trade per vanadiel day (or game day).

    Example: Trade -> Caller's Seal:Lg recieve a random Seal in the set of choice.. (i want Orison's Seal: Bd, but since its random of that set I get Lg instead) It is still in the set i need, and all i lost was a little bit of time, I can trade later and cross fingers for a it to random into the seal i need)

    It still gives a way to get seals out of inventory and put them to use, puts a small measure of difficulty on it (Random + Wait).

    Only reason I do not like the 4:1/5:1 Ratio is I have 9+ jobs I have 75+ .. 4:1/5:1 is ALOT of trading, it would be easier to just go farm the mobs that drop the seals than trading at that Value. Only reason I even have so many random seals is b/c of Dom Ops.

    Anyways. Thats my counter proposal on the NPC Seal suggestion. ^^

    I think there should be an exchange rate, something along the lines of 4:1 purely because even if it's random and 1:1 it's not really much work to keep trading. Basically I think you should have to work a little harder in order to have it easier, but I don't think you should have 30 pointless seals either. An exchange program gives those seals a use and also doesn't make the reward too easy to get.

    Trophies/Resistance credits/Dominion notes. is where u should be able to get them. brew's (along with other minor cruor sinks) already take so much cruor it would just be sad to use cruor.
