There is. It's General Discussion and all of the job- and content- specific forum sections. They have specifically asked us in the past to put (for example) job related feedback in that job's forum section.

Anyway, while I agree they didn't really set up the sections in an ideal way, this is where they told us to post feedback- Or if it's something like a job specific thing, post it in that job's section, or if it's about crafting, put it in the crafting section, etc. etc.
