Steps:

I transferred my character from Carbuncle to Bahamut on Friday. When I logged onto the character, after receiving the notification that the transfer was complete, I went to a home point to go to a different location and discovered I had no home points available too me. I also looked at my trust list and have none there as well. I also have no mounts.

I also had to change my character's name. Original name was Domnu. I am missing key items as well
