maybe infinite would be difficult to implement, but maybe 80 could be possible.
one inventory that only loads when you push it open, similar to how the delivery box only loads when it's opened, and is shared by all same account characters.

It would be cool yes, but it would require a total redesign of the delivery system, something that is extremely unlikely.

Changing the limit is probably possible, but like increasing the auction house limit, since the delivery system goes through the same server, increasing the delivery limit also increases the load on that server as well.
