It would be great if the minimum drop rate on Alabaster Matter or Murky Matter was higher if no NMs are killed. Considering the difficulty of the NMs, I think the floor should be 30%~. We ran quite a bit of limbus at the start of the month, no one im my group has received matter from the box. Seems my server didn't kill many, if any, NMs last month.

Also, a reward for killing the NMs would be helpful to motivate others that currently aren't. Maybe fill floor bar, and some units? A chance at matter would be great, even if it was small.
