The last alliance event was Voidwatch. Can maybe argue 1/week vagary, but that's limited to being able to flag the RoE.
Everything else is hostile to alliance. Either you are locked into 6 characters max or mobs gets massive HP boosts by bringing more people, more people to split the loot with, and less XP/CP/EP/data.
Alliance friendly content has been dead a long time.
