Can confirm; I just checked the curio vendors in Port Windurst, Port San d'Oria, and Port Bastok, with a character with full Rhapsodies of Vana'diel completion, all jobs unlocked, and full Limbus completion (to ensure this shouldn't be any kind of progression gate issue), and the available materials under Scrolls/Materials only cover Warrior through Summoner. Flameshun Cloth and Luminian Thread (BLU), Canvas Toile and Silkworm Thread (COR), Corduroy Cloth and Pantin Wire (PUP), Gold Stud and Filet Lace (DNC), and Electrum Stud and Brillantine (SCH) are missing from the shop selection.
