1. During the Shami's Trove event, speak to Shami for the introductory dialogue related to the event.
2. Observe the following line:

Shami : It's got phobos orbs inside!
3. Consider that the Phobos Orb is used to obtain the Shami's key key item to open (one of) the box(es), and that it doesn't make sense that Shami says the box(es) contain(s) said orbs.
4. Further consider that on the Japanese game client, Shami says something along the lines of "the special orb required is phobos orb" and "let me know if you need one".

The Japanese client also has a hint towards the "orbs" that can be obtained from the box(es), which has been omitted completely on the English side (not that it is particularly important).
