I logged in got 2 echad not rog pell and said no go

Why was i given a echade but couldn't redeem that red pell cause when I zoned it said I couldn't obtain it so why did I not get mog red pell is it random chance why no mog red pell.

This should be an "inventory full" issue, if you're seeing the message "you can not obtain the $item".

"you couldn't obtain the item" can also be shown if you already possess another of the same rare/ex item.

Right, though in this case, if I remember correct-like, we get a different item if we already have the Echad Ring.

That said, it's not entirely clear if the first one was actually discarded since there is a mention of a second ring, but then that would make no sense if they actually saw the message about the mog pell...
