Wyvern Egg Gone

I am trying to do the dragoon quest currently. I had gotten the Wyvern egg and went to the spine. I traded the egg and during the cutscene I DCd. From here I seem to be screwed, I lost the egg and the quest won't continue. Rahal won't give me the dragon curse remedy so I can't continue the quest. I have also spent the last 3 or so hours searching for a new wyvern egg in the maze but have had zero luck there. Anyone know anyway to help me out?

Try checking Mystic Retrievers or Resume Points in Sandoria. Sorry I don't have any information on where they actually are.

For bug reports here, we need to use the template from the Welcome to Forum: In-Game Bugs! thread. Without it, reports will simply be moved to "insufficient information".

If this thread is moved to Insufficient Information or Working as Intended, where it will be locked, I'd recommend posting again under Missions, Quests, and Records of Eminence so we can ponder upon the possible problem further.

About the issue, I tested the quest out quick-like, and while in the mentioned cutscene event, I forced the game to disconnect me.

After I hopped back in, I was left without the egg, but I only needed to check the ??? target again for the cutscene to start once more again.

Earlier I also dropped the egg, and was able to excavate it again. I suspect it is not possible if already past this cutscene event part, but I did not test that yet.

If the cutscene does not start when interacting with the ??? target again, I'd probably confirm the following things next:

- /itemsearch "Wyvern Egg"
- Talk to Rahal multiple times, and make note of what exactly he says.
- Confirm we don't have the key item already: Menu / Key Items / Temporary Key Items / Dragon curse remedy
- Check the hut for the battlefield at Ghelsba Outpost, though for this the key item would of course be needed.

That's all that comes to mind at this time.
