Help: Can't mark completed RoE objectives for finished missions

I've recently completed my goal of finishing all in-game missions to achieve maximum CP% bonus.
However, in my RoE objectives > Tutorial > Basics, the following I cannot seem to mark as completed:

1. Missions (Windurst): Windurst Rank 5-1 [0/1]
   I am Rank 10 in Windurst (as well as the other two nations). 5-1 is required, so I could not have skipped it.
2. Missions (Altana): Wings of the Goddess 1 [0/1]
   Current mission showing 'Lest We Forget', and I obtained my Moonshade earring, and obtained a pact with Cait Sith from 'Champions of Dawn'.
3. Missions (Adoulin): Seekers of Adoulin Chapter 1 [0/1]
   Current mission showing 'The Light Within'. I have the Weatherspoon Ring as the final chosen reward.
4. Missions (Rhapsodies of Vana'diel): Rhapsodies of Vana'diel Chapter 1-3 [0/1]
   Current mission showing 'A Rhapsody for the Ages'. I have all 'Rhapsody in ___' key items, including 'Scintillating Rhapsody' and 'Phoenix's Blessing', as well as all curio moogle items unlocked.

Due to this, despite completing all the missions needed for CP % Bonuses, I am missing +40% total.

I have been suggested before to try and see if a cutscene wasn't properly flagged, and to try and activate them. I carefully walked through the epilogue instructions for Rhapsodies, Seekers of Adoulin, and Wings of the Goddess over the last few weeks. I sometimes come back to this and try again, devoting a whole real life day to retrace all steps I could have missed, but to no avail.

Does anyone know what I could do to potentially resolve this? I do not want to start over for the missing +40% CP bonus, and I'm worried more problems might arise in the future if I continue to use this character.

I believe this may be tied to a weird issue I encountered when trying to World Transfer in 2024. I received an email notifying me that it failed and I was refunded the cost of world transfer, with an empty error message as the reason. Ever since, both characters with the same name showed as existing on Asura together on the official Account Management's Service Options page. But upon signing in and choosing my characters, it showed the correct servers for both.

Do you have room to set new objectives? You can only have 30 up at a time (31 including the automatic limited-time one), and it doesn't matter if you can instantly clear them or not, if you're out of room you can't set them.

Your Rhapsodies 1-3 objective is grayed out without being cleared, that behavior is normally what you see when you don't have room to set more objectives.

If you go to "Current", you can select any ongoing objective and choose to cancel it (you can come back and try again later, they don't go away for good, but you lose any progress you've made.)

That was it!
It was 20/30 when I first made this post, but it seems that a lot of objectives couldn't complete because I had a full inventory preventing me from accepting rewards.
Relogging showed 31/30.
