Steps:

1. I was proceeding along The Voracious Resurgence Missions, having completed Best Served Cold in Zeruhn Mines.
2. Moving on to the next mission, I traveled to the upper floor of Metalworks (J-8) and interacted with Iron Eater to activate the first cutscene of Cornelia's Call to Action.
3. Once the cutscene was finished, a subtle blur effect lingered after I regained control of my character.
4. The blur effect subsided when I changed areas to Bastok Markets.
5. After completing the mission Cornelia's Call to Action, I spoke with Givorj at Metalworks (I-8) to have the cutscene replayed by selecting Cornelia's Call to Action(pt.1). The blur effect was reproducible regardless of dialogue choices and likewise lingered as long as I stayed in Metalworks.
