When simultaneously using a weaponskill, the skillchain should happen from whichever weaponskill happened first and then another skillchain should happen at the very same time after. If one weaponskill has the ability to create a combinational Skillchain with both or more weaponskills it should proc and do a double/triple/quadruple skillchain at the very same time enabiling a double/triple/quadruple++ magic burst.

...you are aware that simultaneous means "at the same time", and as a result none of the things that happens simultaneously is "first"?
