Skillchains cannot be extended after BLU Chain Affinity

Steps:

1. Engage target, get on hate list
2. Have someone else get on the hate list for the enemy (even if outside your party when you are solo and they cure you will count)
3. Perform a skillchain: Requiescat -> Chain Affinity + Heavy Strike -> Expiacion
4. Notice that Requiescat -> CA + Heavy Strike creates Fragmentation but the following Expacion does not create Distortion as expected.
5. Also tested Immanence Aero > Immanence Noctohelix > Chain Affinity Barbed Crescent > Wildfire
6. Also tested Immanence Aero > Immanence Stone > Immanence Aero > Immanence Noctohelix > Chain Affinity + Quadratic Continuum > Wildfire. This is the SC we were using in Bumba until it mysteriously stopped working.

Regardless of what BLU spell is used, nothing following it can extend a skillchain at all. This was tested with multiple different weaponskills, SCH Immanence spells, and skillchain types but nothing was able to extend a skillchain after the BLU step.
