    Yeah, I see the quest showing up in the second screenshot. I'm used to FFXI jank and played it pretty much since release. This seems like a legit bug and 1 out of the 200 posts you see here.

    Finished all TRV dialogue with Gumbah:

    Talked to him on both a RUN and COR, I've done everything I can and here is a screenshot of the mission log for Inheritance:
