Inheritance Quest - Gumbah Sword of Trials Lost and Won't give me another

I tossed the Sword of trials months ago and can't get another. I've completed other quests in the zone and Gumbah still won't give me another Sword of trials.

My Charcter name is Tumz on Bahamut

P.S. I created a GM ticket but GM can't restore the item unless I know the exact time it was dropped... So I was told to create this bug report.
