Returning Player - Stuck at RoV "The Beginning" - Can't Progress Mission

Just returned to the game and trying to get my bearings on where I left off.

Looking at the RoV mission quest line, it says my current mission is "The Beginning." However, I can't seem to progress. I talk to the NPC is Selbina that takes you to Norg, and he tells me to go away. I have access to Norg already, so tried talking to the NPC outside Gilgamesh's chamber, and he tells me to go away. Can't open the door because it's sealed shut and I need to advance in RoZ missions. However, I believe I should be able to start the RoV cutscene without that by talking to the NPC mentioned before?

I admit I may be missing something, but I've exhausted all of the obvious options numerous times. I have no temp. or perm. key items that indicate progress. No intro letter (already have sub job), and no orb from completing The Beginning.

I'm an idiot... Figured it out. Did the quest in Mhara, not Selbina...

it happens. FFXI is a cryptic game, and its easy to forget what steps you did of something if you didn't do it all at once.
