1) Bug reports will not be investigated unless you use the template found in the sticky thread

2) There is a 100k cap on sparks spent within a 1 week span of time, and you've most likely hit this limit. The NPC should say "you can only spend this many more sparks" if you try to spend an amount that exceeds this limit. This limit was put in place to reduce RMT influence.

Thanks for the reply. Added bug template. I did point out that I hadn't spent any sparks for the week yet, and even if I had, it would still have been a problem since it took my sparks.
