Well, I'm sorry my posting offends you, but you're not going to get any help from the devs or tech support people here.

While they will check for issues (though not with you personally) with a correctly submitted bug report, they will not respond to you here. Note that placing a thread in "accepted bugs" only means you've correctly filled out the bug report template, it's not confirmation of a bug.

If you want help and non SE people responding offends you, then you need to contact them through the support website:

But really, there is little that can be done if the game is telling you the name isn't avalable. Again, I'm sorry that my response offends you, but it's just the reality of the situation. I understand you are frustrated, but I don't personally feel your hostility is justified.

Filing a ticket through the link above is your only chance of any resolution, but it's still unlikely.

Uhhuh, even on Shiva it would take a long time for me to ask every single person on the server such a question. And its one of the smallest ones.
