1.I do not know what happen to this game, when i first came back to FFXI many things i know for a fact where done. Had to redo the fight for mission DAWN a few Key Items where missing and some may still be so. like the Teleport crystal in the Mashes in the past in bastok zone on way to Jueno 3 zones north of town. i really do not know what else as far as perm KI are missing seeing i had a few years off and played a short time for a few monthis then years before that. Game has fully crashed a few times and since i been back playing FFXi

2. This next one i am beyond freakling out. game crashed a few times no idea why... but when one of them happened i noticed a few items missing, at first i was not super upset with this, then i found out my ***Raetic Halbert is GONE!**** L( I checked every toon i have 10 times, i checked every storage place 10+ times oon the toon and within MH I checked the mail boxes on every toon many times as well, i check and made sure it was not put in AH.. though i would never see this item. This item took me a very long time to get made. the mats for making it were many millions of gil and then it took over a month to find someone too make it. I am sure i did ot drop it. i checked both the accounts i own, one being for my self and other account i bought for my sons years ago but they never play it so i do. I would not drop the item that coast me many millions of gil to make. Only one other person i mailed items to asides from to my other toons or mules was Wolden. He checked everything a couple times and he said he did not get it when i sent him some spell and basic gear. (this is my youngest son who is now 24yrs, he said he wanted to buy FFCI instead of playing the one account i bought for them years ago/ Raeticf Halbert has been missing for a couple weeks right around Wodlen was made by my son.

3. Please i beg you fine ppl at tech support please help me restore this item ***Raetic Halbert**** I am less worried about other Key Items tha just disapeared when i returned to game this time around. 'But missing a few Teleport crystal KI and a few others is strange i had these since 75 days of ffxi I just saw the reply from whomever in HelpDesk today. i last saw it mid feb

4, Todays Update...I did not get one in game warning at all! On either accounts. I was using my totle hallmarks when i was booted from game and again not once did i see msgs about needed to log off bc of maintenance I finally got over 25,000 total halmarks on both accounts for toons Ladyofstymie and Fistintawts. I did not get a single moment to use my regular points in Amb to buy mats for upgrading and enhancing gear.... This breaks my little heart so much too. So much to do and so little time and all those points are now gone! I normally see ppl talking about maintenance is about to start by someone in game but not tonight at all

please i beg you fine ppl at FFXI - Square Enix help me please!!
