so basically I was told that even though my account was active during the down time in March that I would still be charged for that month becuz for some unknown reason my card did not go through this month...huh thats funny...seems every other month my card is fine until I will get a free month for actually paying for it when it is supposed to be free in the first place... Sqaure Enix made terms that its not whos paid for during down time but who ever cant pay a charge of 0.00 then you will be charged for it

Your statement makes no sense. We were charged for March at the beginning of March. You would have already been charged for March. Unless, last month, your card didn't go through. In which case, you were not active during March.

they charged you for march because march charge happened on march 1st, APRIL is the free month:
