Steps:

1. Enter the battlefield for the "Wings of War" Master Trial.
2. Damage Bahamut until he uses "Invincible".
3. Following Invincible, Bahamut gains a permanent Damage Taken- effect.
4. We believe this to be unintended and that there should be no lasting/permanent effect following Invincible. Bahamut's other SP (Elemental Sforzo), and Chaos's SPs do not have similar lasting effects.

Certainly seems intended to me. Not liking a battle mechanic doesn't mean it's unintended. Monsters have phase changes all the time where they gain new effects.

If he stayed permanently invincible after using invincible, THAT would be unintended. But this is an entirely different effect. So... I'm not convinced anything is wrong here, unless you can show that there was a time when this didn't happen.
