Steps:

1. Activate Unity Chat Greetings (M) or Unity Communique ${current_day_letter} (UC).
2. Open the Status / Unity / Unity Info window.
3. Complete the aforementioned objective(s).
4. Observe two new menu items appearing: Unity and Unity Accolades, which functionally seem to trigger the Inactive option for the Unity Chat.

The preceding method is only of the easiest way to re-produce this, but any Records of Eminence objective being active will trigger this as they are updated.

I did not test if it actually still happens with only the timed objective active as well.

After further testing, it seems possible that this is only triggered by objectives related to Unity Concord.

Additionally, perhaps related to a which specific Unity a character is a part of, or the current ranking results, but a third extra option named

Su%d

may sometimes appear.

Some conditions also result into no extra options appearing.
