1. It has been observed that there is a problem with the drop rate of "Kei's Scale" from sweetwater enemies throughout Omen.
2. As solo BLU/WAR with Treasure Hunter 4 from equipment, or in a party as BLU with a THF that has Treasure Hunter 8, a total of 30 boss scales have dropped from participating in multiple instances.
3. There has been a fairly equal distribution of the number of boss scales that have dropped from sweetwater enemies for Fu, Kin, Gin and Kyou. Between 6-10 scales have been acquired from each of the 4 bosses listed
4. Kei's Scale has not dropped.
5. The statistical probability for this to happen if all scales have an equal drop rate is 0.00123794

I have got 4 Kei scales this month from campaign, so it is dropping ...it's just random, I guess
