Glitched, Bugged, Error. On Chocobo

Greetings, this is my first Bug Report and Per GM Malfoneda, I will do my best with all the Information I can. I been gone from Final Fantasy XI since 2023. An recently came back 1-6-2025. I was still trying to relearn everything and it took awhile.

Well on 1-09-2025 to 1-10-2025 I went to Windurst City. It's where I was Created, I am a Taru. Anyways I stopped by the Chocobo Stable cause I been walking ALL OVER. An I thought I would check. (Honestly forgot about raising a chocobo) I checked the little Chocobo Bird on the Hay which Prompted Pulonono to speak to me about my bird. An how they took care of AkiAyu (Basic Care) and they gave me the run down. An it was a LOT to read. An At one point I was told they needed a handkerchief for my Chocobo AkiAyu. An I received a handkerchief then more reading prompted me to lose a Dirty handkerchief. An next I know Pulonono was telling me my chocobo was going some where and I needed to go to Sandoria. So I got a VCS Reg. Card and a Yel. VCS Plaque. I gave the VCS Reg Card to EVERYONE from Windurst to Jueno at the chocobo stables and I have no whistle and no chocobo. So any help would be appreciated please and thank you.

That also being said, from what I can gather, it seems like you might need to talk to Hantileon at San d'Oria.

Edit:

I don't remember if it has been changed, but if your chocobo was retired during your absence, before finishing up the chocobo whistle quest, you may need to start raising another chocobo to re-do it.

Thank you kindly @Dragoy, I appreciate the reply. I have talked to Hantileon at San d'Oria and all he has to tell me is he will sell me a paper for 300 gold. An the Reason this is here at Bugs is cause GM Malfoneda told me to put it here.
