The Voracious Resurgence Missions Bug Report

Hello. My mission log stats that my character is on TVR mission 6-2 but I have not started TVR missions. I do not have any key items to missions before 6-2 and I am not sure how this happened.

Platform: Windows 11
ISP: Xfinity
Type of Internet Connection: Optic Fiber
Internet Connection Speed: 471.4 Mbps download 22.3 Mbps upload

Character Name: Godrix

Steps:
1. I have not completed any TVR missions on Godrix but my mission log stats that I'm on mission 6-2 Nii's Last Stand.
2. When I talk to Incantrix he tells me to go see Aspirants' Grounds.
3.When I examine Aspirants' Grounds I can not receive the key item Aspirant's canteen so it appears I'm stuck on this mission even though I haven't completed any missions prior to this mission as I have no permanent key items to earlier missions.
4. This issue is still occurring so I'm unable to complete TVR missions.
