    AFK Players

It would be amazing if FFXI would make some kind of "hotspot" where players who are AFK for more than say 15 minutes are moved or logged out. The amount of people surrounding crystals or the AH can be very inconvenient. This addition would force people to step away from high trafficked areas before they go AFK

I want NPCs to have barriers so players can't be that close to them period. It's so trashy.

Just press the F8 key to target NPCs?

You shouldn't have to go out of your way to navigate around douchebags. You shouldn't have to f8 because 20 idiots are afk on top of an npc.

There's no reason to stand on top of or even close to any npc.

"You shouldn't have to use a feature specifically designed to deal with this issue to deal with this issue!"

I don't see how booting people off the game when there is an incredibly simple way to just ignore the gridlock is a reasonable solution. Most people are going to use this button to target it anyway, if you're not, you're doing it wrong as it is.

This problem is solved with a single keystroke. There is no need to disconnect people just because you have a nonexistent problem.
