Unlimit Cornelia

I think that you should unlimit Cornelia, as she is a legitimate NPC that participates in several storylines.

I think you should let us acquire a cipher for her from a quest that requires Bastok Rank 10, as that is where she is most prominent.

Perhaps add back in trusts like Matsui-P (you can just rename it to Matsui now).

Agreed, she is a fantastic asset to new and old players alike. Having that extra haste buffer when playing solo is huge, what reason is keep her limited?

-force bard or geo in every party composition
