I imagine the number of botters who would make use of a command-line RoE tool would be close to zero, because they already have a third-party option that works better.

For players who do follow terms of service, that would be really handy, navigating the RoE menu is clunky especially when you need to set, say, 15 objectives at a time (looking at you, psyche NMs.)

Considering a UI revamp would require a graphics designer and would need to touch basically everything that menus do now, while command-line RoE would be a one-dev task that would cost probably* a half hour plus however long it takes to untangle the spaghetti of the existing RoE framework, it seems really pessimistic to call the two equally unlikely. UI overhaul is an "absolutely not", new command is just "highly unlikely."

(* barring a "PS2 limitations" problem where there simply isn't room to add a new command to the text parser.)
