This would be great. I hate that BST's role as a front-line DD is extremely speculative right now AND ...Charm and Gauge are completely useless in Item Level content. (Also, just to compare for a moment, look at all of the new Group 2 Merits Red Mage got ...while BST received 0 merit changes, when it clearly needs it!).
