Dynamis D change

One-fifth of the time exceeding 60 hours since your last Dynamis – Divergence attempt will be stored within the Empty Hourglass key item.
The accumulated time can be used to reduce the amount of time needed before you can attempt the content again.

This is pretty terrible, why even bother? You could of saved some effort and just shaved 1 hour off the 60 hour re-entry time.

To be clear, in order to save time at a 1/5 ratio you have to sit on an Dyna D entrance and not enter so you can save time up. This is of no benefit, other than for people who barely ever do Dyna D now. For those people they probably can't do anything in there anyway. We were told about this Dyna D charge thing 6 months ago, and you have been sitting on it all this time and it sucks.

This entire patch was pretty awful, we are just being strung along with the bare minimum of content for our money now.

This is really annoying and disrespectful, hire more developers back onto the project!
