I understand where you're coming from ...but have you tried V25 Odyssey Sheol Gaol? ...It's really hard and even when you reach ML50 RDM, for example, it's hard to land debuffs consistently. Anecdotally, it can be 1/4, 1/5 chance ...requiring 2-3 immunobreaks.

So... ML50, while isn't a requirement, it makes it clear how challenging the latest end-game content is....
