I don't think either of these is a Dynamis problem; auto-target does that everywhere - Odyssey is really bad for it, and I see it sometimes in Abyssea, it's just more noticeable in Dynamis because of the casters and rangers that you'll inevitably target. Definitely something that could use fixing, but I bet it's a "no budget for development" problem.

The other problem sounds like animation lock? I've never noticed any particular lag in Dynamis, but if you're grabbing a bunch of monsters at once it can be one of the nastier zones for animation lock. Another mechanic that should be fixed (it's basically giving monsters free Terror on their attacks in large groups) but probably can't with the resources available (need better bait for the intern traps.)
