Minor Delay From Certain NPC's

Has anyone else had this issue..

While trading to the WG tele NPC in Jueno it would then sit and wait almost like it was loading a CS, i'd wait but it would sometimes take 5-9 minutes before it would finally execute the action, I've had to do a hard reset in-order for it to go through sometimes also.

I've also had this issue with the Chocobo NPC's too.

This has only started to happen since the last minor update.

Yep almost all PS2 users are having problems with NPC since minor update, and some Xbox users
