A Feast for Gnats wont finish

I have been away for 10 years and started to get back in and about where i left of. I have technically finishes WOTG But i have several quests and a mission active. On WOTG i am on Crossroads of Time. And Quest i am stuck on is "A Feast for Gnats." Now i went to the required npc's from start to finish and nothing happened. Nothing is triggering to indicate where i am at so i know how to progress.I am not getting another firecraker for the fight and talking Dhea Prandoleh in Windurst Waters (S) - (H-10) is defiantly not triggering anything. And The previous quest is very cleared.

Have you tried zoning in to Windurst Waters [S] from West Sarutabaruta [S]? Sometimes cutscene triggers are tied to the specific expected method of entry, making things like homepoint warp and Retrace bypass them.

First things first
For reporting bugs, you must use the template at the top of the forum section for your report, otherwise it will be automatically rejected
Second, these quests have been around a long time and are almost certainly not bugged. FFXI can be very cryptic at times and different quests can get in the way of eachother and sometimes subtle things are missed. THat doesn't mean there's a malfunction, it means you need to retrace your steps. A common problem is we leave the game in the middle of a quest and don't remember where we were when we come back to it.

First of all, did you complete the previous quest "When One Man Is Not Enough" you say it is "very clearly cleared", but it's not that clear to me. This quest is pretty striaghtforward- talk to the same NPC twice, get key item, use key item on fight, talk to NPC for new key item if you fail. The only requirement this quest has is the previous one completed. So please post a link to a screenshot indicating When One Man Is Not Enough is complete, and the gnats quest is in your quest log.
