Missing Fenrir Buff from Ecliptic Growl

i am not sure how long this is now already, but the Fenrir Buff from his bloodpact ward:
Ecliptic Growl seems almost set to 0? I recive 15 attack bonus ect. i remember it did once +80 to all Atributes. What happend?

It never did 80 to all attributes- it hasn't been changed since it was put in the game. it varies with the moon phase. STR DEX and VIT are +7 when the moon is full and +1 when the moon is new, the other stats are the opposite.

Heh. It's not "useful" so they don't care about providing all the details.

Just like they insist on actively warding people away from Ballista so that the handful of people who get some amusement out of it don't find any fresh blood.

To be fair, the amount that it boosts your stats by is trivial at best, it's not really useful - it's primarily just nice to give Naegling users the extra 7% Savage Blade damage with.
