Unable to obtain: Ark Shield

Is anyone else able to obtain the Ark shield? (No, I don't have item stored on Storage Slip 22 or anywhere else on my account).

Did you ever obtain and discard it? Maybe this time they meant it when they said you could only obtain it once. I can confirm that, if it's "can possess one" rather than "can obtain one", it rather unusually seems to respect storage slip copies - I have one stored from an earlier distribution, but none in inventory, and did not receive a duplicate. (Man, I wish relic armor could do that.)

Nope. Never obtained it so I could never have discarded it previously.

I didn't get it either. I finished all of the missions up until now too. Hmmm...But I also have never done Divine Might but I did kill AA EV before. Could that be a pre-requisite?

Shouldn't be any prerequisite beyond "create a character", I have a bunch on my storage mules that would have been level 1 and never left their cities at that time.

Maybe the distribution is just broken right now. Who's gonna file the bug report?

Something is definitely broken, because a spread of characters are not able to obtain the shield. This includes before 2022's event, after 2022's event and even new characters in 2024.

I'm kind of curious whether anybody did get the shield. Having some buggy requirement to obtain it or something locking people out would be weird; somebody just forgetting to throw the switch and put it into distribution mode would make perfect sense (... wouldn't be a great look with the hype in the update, but it's an easy human error thing.)

Since the JP players are complaining too, I guess that rules out simply having had the wrong dates announced over here; localization glitch would have explained it too.

Confirming I haven't received the shield on my main, or any of my mules (one of which would not have been around for any previous events they distributed this).
