[EU] Payment Processor Update (May 30)

Following up on the feedback from our customers, we are pleased to announce that we will be implementing adjustments to our payment options which will once again enable CB Visa/Mastercard as an option for our French customers.
The adjustments are currently targeted for release in July 2024, and we will provide a more specific date as we move closer to implementation.

In the meantime, we would like to take this opportunity to remind customers that those affected can utilise Crysta (which can be purchased via Amazon Pay or PayPal) for their payment needs.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this issue has caused and appreciate your patience as the teams work to test and implement the required adjustments.

We'd like to provide an update for French customers about the use of the payment options CB Visa/Mastercard, when making purchases.

We're currently working hard to implement system changes to re-enable these payment methods, with the aim of making them available for use again from late July 23rd.

We're very sorry for the continued inconvenience and hope to have a resolution in place for you very soon.
