Steps:

1. Enter the battlefield for Oathsworn Blade.
2. Progress the encounter far enough along in order to spawn Teodor.
3. Be hit by an auto attack from Teodor which as an additional effect of Doom applied to you.
4. Cast Cursna or use a Holy Water item, neither of which will remove the Doom effect. A sufficiently large sample size of Cursna spell casts and Holy Water item uses all fail, suggesting that the Doom effect is unremovable. We have replicated this many times.
5. We believe this to be unintended and that the Doom effect should be removable. This is the reason no groups have successfully cleared this battlefield yet.

And you're so sure this is unintended why? Unless it simultaneously dooms the entire party its not impossible.

It's not even the only mob in the game that does this.
