When i finished The Voracious Resurgence Missions i forgot to talk with Shantotto to get the Maat's Concotion.
So I went to her while mission 5 of a moogle kupo d'etat was active, i got the cut scene and she gave me the maat's concotion.
However when i tried to speak to her again to trigger the cut scene of mission 5 in order to get the KI Ripe Starfruit she kept talking about the Maelstrom mage.
It seems that starting kupo d'etat after completing TVR doesn't trigger mission 6 of moogle kupo d'etat

Tried log in/ log out, didn't work so now im stuck.

I might suggest trying to actually change aree, come back, and talk to her again.

At least at this point, having completed the The Voracious Resurgence Missions some time ago, she is not talking about that any longer.

That said, normally speaking multiple times "rotates" them through the messages, so to speak, so it should of course be possible to get the other dialogue(s) as well.

For your future reference, it's usually something like this. Didn't zone, wait a day, skipped a step, forgot an item, etc. people post all the time saying a quest is bugged. FFXI is very cryptic and things often don't work the way you expect, but usually it isn't a malfunction.
