All job armors take more damage to defense from all enimies

All my armors take more damage than normal ever since I got back to playing final fantasy 11 In March 2024. I need someone to fix this. I contacted GM and he said to post this in forums. Asura server. When I say normal, I mean with special attacks and auto attacks from enemies I take higher damage than I would when I was playing a month ago. If your looking for specific values than I don't have that information and wouldn't know how to get that information. For example, when I am in all the abyssea areas and the monsters hit harder and more frequently than it was a month ago. When I say normal damage I meant damage I took a month ago and now the damage is abnormal because it's higher amount than it used to be. I don't think your reading my text, because I wrote stuff today and you did not respond. Please help me find someone that wants to help.

What are you comparing damage values with that is considered normal damage?
