Crimson Jelly English tooltip is wrong

The English version of the item shows INT -6, but the JP version correctly shows INT +6. If you eat it does give INT +6.

One of those bugs that's been there since forever, but at some point it should get fixed ya?

This should be more than enough information to fix this.
