Details:
I am from Singapore playing under NA client. Since 13/11/2023 @ 11pm Singapore Time (13/11/2023 7am PST), I have been experiencing super low S and R. Upon logging out, I couldn't log in again. Since yesterday @ my time, 11pm until now (today), I couldn't get past the POL log in screen and I have faced the above mentioned POL errors. Previously I had never had any of such issue. I had done a google speed test and called by ISP and they mentioned the problem isn't on their sides. My streaming on Twitch and Netflix etc are all working fine.
Steps:
Log into POL and it seemed forever to load and it doesn't frequently give me the above mentioned error. I tried to retry several times but it gives the error screen after POL was failing to load up and connect.
Frequency:
1: Always. Problem started to happen since 11pm Singapore time as mentioned yesterday (7am PST).
