Steps:
1. With 3000 TP, use Ruthless Stroke against a target with very low Defense such as a level 1 Wild Rabbit.
2. Add DEX without adjusting other stats (for example, by casting Indi-DEX).
3. Use Ruthless Stroke again, and observe consistently higher damage.
4. Replace the DEX increase with each other base stat and repeat.
5. Only DEX and VIT have a significant effect on Ruthless Stroke damage.
6. Mpu Gandring's base stat bonuses are DEX, AGI, and CHR, which do not match the damage modifiers on Ruthless Stroke.
