Does anybody have any good strategies for defeating the solo Vagary bosses? I’m in i119 gear and I can hold my own for most of the battles with Trusts, the problem is I can’t inflict enough damage in the 30 minute limit and I time-out every time.
I’m on Phoenix server, if anybody can help me out let me know; thanks friends.

See when you say "I'm in 119" gear, that means absolutely nothing. I know that's not fair to say. You don't know any better. It's purposely confusing. 119 is the best you can do, but gear is not "actually" 119 anymore.
What 119 gear are you wearing. What job are you. Which trusts are you using.
If this is the amount of effort you put into seeking help, you may as well stop playing 11 now, it requires more effort than that even on menial tasks.
