For me, one of 2 things......
(Unlikely to not exceed 40 hours)
1) Gonna piggyback off of LB, but actual FF traditional limit breaks. I understand XI has 2 hours, but I am referring to a powerful skill gained through mini quest for each job, called Limit Breaks. You can only have one per character (Which may give ppl a reason to lvl alts), 5-ish min recast and is the most powerful DD JA in the game.
Example......
-Ninja may have multiple shadows which fight with them for awhile (They cast, ws, do whatever the NIN does).
-BST may be able to have a chance to catch monsters they or group beat in battle while active, which they can summon later then aka SMN Odin or Alex 2hrs
-Dragoon's Wyvern temporarily ages into a huge Wyvern (Can Surge with it allowing for a Legend of Dragoon look or not.....)
-MNK Super Boost (Temporary Super MNK mode)
-PLD fires a conal light beam from its' shield which melts everything generating massive hate or something.....Just a few examples.

2) A quick mini scenario were the player goes back in time, visits the Zilart. The reward is a OP AF set for a specific job of your choice which resembles Kam'lanaut battle armor, but inspired by that specific job.
On my 3rd account (I think); the addiction is real (Monsuta-Man & Beastrizor).
I would request that:
- Beastmaster be given Dual Wield 1 at 90 (or the ability to change Axes without TP-loss (Otherwise, you'll never have TP to weapon skill, because of Call Beast+Prime Weapon, Reward Axes, Mythic/MAB Axes + Pet Ready moves every 10-30 seconds).
- Uncap jug pets, Replace Beast Affinity/Beast Healer with actual front-line abilities.
- Ninja AF Legs bug fix and MAB boost
- Let Dawn Mulsum stack to 12.

I understand it's a cute idea with what you would want after a full 40-hour work week. I don't know what background you have in development and agile workflows but I'm in this field and a week you don't get much done.
Are we taking about 40 hour development hours after all analysis, and prep work is done? Or a week in total? If the latter you won't get anything done.

Make achieving "Master" Level only for those that HAVE MASTERED the game.
For example:
1. Have completed ALL NPC quests in ALL towns and cities, so your Quest Log is complete and mastered.
2. Have completed at least ONE craft to Lvl 100 and all others to Lvl 70, and reached Lvl 80 for Synergy, showing you've mastered crafting in one aspect.
3. Have completed ALL 3 Starting City Ranks to 10, Fame Capped levels in all towns and cities, showing you've mastered your explorations.
4. Have mastered raising at least One Chocobo.
5. Have completed all Mission storylines, so your Mission quest log has been mastered.
6. Have completed all Abyssea quests and defeated all final bosses (This is a HUGE one to do).
How can you say you've mastered the game for that title other than grinding out exp → cp → jp → ml → etc... and not actually have done anything to experience the full game ... shall i continue or does this make sense?
Add ability for ruspix to store all related stones to sortie. IE sapphires, starstones, eikondrite, octohedrite, hexahedrite, etc. They can just copy and paste the code they used for Monisette in Port Jeuno.
