I reported a scam back in August 14th. I had chat with 3 GMs (by pure luck! has Treasure hunter +12!), because when you summit a ticket on the in-game help desk it takes over 5 hours for someone to reply. I have fall sleep 7 out of 10 tickets I summited over this past moth. No GM can give me an answer as far the investigation they open, and I cant get a solid answer out of anyone. The last ticket I summited send me to these forums...
