    When to WS

Is using TP @ 100% ideal, or would waiting until 200% or even 300% be better for certain Weapon Skills? I'm mostly talking from lvls 1-75 as I have no experience with any content beyond that (or even Relic/Mythic Weapon skills for that matter). So would I be better off using my Tp as soon as I get it or waiting for another 100 or 200 for more dmg? Thanks for any responses in advanced.

Typically 100% gives you best results. There'd have to be a 201% and/or 301% increase in damage or more in order to warrant saving TP to 200% or 300% respectively. No weaponskill offers that level of improvement on the output.

This sums it up. If you want to know the TP modifier by weapon skill, simply look it up on wiki, normally the TP multiplier is listed for every WS. Also remember that WSing also returns TP, if conserve TP kicks in, it can be quite a bit. The only reason to save to high levels is either to use it in combination with Sekkanoki (you'd want 190% or more for that) or storing up for a boss zerg, when you wanna dish out as much damage as possible over a short time.

If you for some reason are sitting at nearly 200 or nearly 300 though, it might be worth waiting one more swing before you WS. But don't wait for 200 or 300 on purpose.

Just don't be an idiot. I once had a tarutaru melee to 300% while the party was dying, because he wanted to do max damage rather than trying to get hate off mages or kill it fast.

WS when it won't take hate off your tank resulting in lost MP from the healers. If the mob is at 2% HP and you're at 100 TP, save it. If the next mob is pulled at 100% HP, the tank has only used provoke once, and you're sitting on 120 TP, wait till you get 200 TP to WS. You have to keep the situation in mind. At higher levels though I guess it's cool to just blast away every time you hit 100.
